We're a creative agency with a newly renovated open-office with space to share, preferably with laid-back fellow creatives. The space is centrally located on 26th Street near Madison Square Park, on the top floor of a doorman building with views of downtown. It's a great street with trendy restaurants and easy subway access. We just completed a gut renovation featuring a steel casement conference room, brand new kitchen with granite countertop, wood floors, central AC, and a lofted ceiling. The office is modern and bright, with southern exposures. There are security cameras on the premises with 24/7 access and individual security key codes. We're renting up to 4 dedicated desks, individually or preferably to a small team. Rent includes internet, utilities, printer access, and free use of the conference room - we'll even throw in coffee, tea, and snacks to sweeten the deal.
