Jay Suites at 515 Madison Avenue, our 50,000 square foot location occupies the 8th & 9th floors of the class A, 42-story art deco Dumont Building, along with a Jay Conference facility on the 10th floor. Office suites offer sweeping panoramic views of the iconic Midtown skyline. Contemporary designer reception area combining the use of wood, glass and brushed brass, with HD TVs and WiFi throughout.
Our space includes 101 luxuriously furnished executive suites ranging in size from single person units to team spaces for up to 20 people. 4 State-of the-Art flexible meeting spaces ranging in capacity from 6 to 24 people. Unparalleled hospitality services include member business lounges with mobile hotspots, a fully equipped pantry, Starbucks vending machines, and phone booths for private calls.
