Hourly Day Office 1
Our hourly day offices are available by the hour and are the perfect setup for meetings in need of that "across the desk" type atmosphere in a private office you desire. Or simply rent our private day offices for Zoom meetings, interviews, or a quiet office you can use to get out of your home office for a change of environment. Each hourly day office has a window view, dedicated phone, and is setup with an executive style desk, that can host 2-3 guests at a time. Day office doors can be locked anytime during your reservation and then unlocked by one of our Community Associates, so your private belongings are kept secure throughout the day. (No items can be left overnight unless with prior approval due to multiple consecutive day reservations.)
WiFi

n your Wi-Fi access look for the network that is called 1140 Office suites. When I ask you for a password, please enter wifi1140suites. One more screen will pop up, asking you for a six digit code. Please choose you dont have one.

Room Set-up
Door w/Lock

All of our Hourly Day Offices have a door lock that can be utilized during your reservation to keep your items secure. No keys are given out but doors can be unlocked again via one of our Community Associates when needed.

Filming Allowed

At the current time, we do allow for video shoots within the center but do require a consultation with center management to discuss logistics to make sure it will not be a disruption to our fulltime Members. (Additional, varied fees do apply. )

Phone

Dedicated Voice Over Internet Phone available in all Day Offices for no additional charge.

Window View

Window Offices are outwardly facing with an abundance of natural light.

Accessibility

Our building provides full accessibility with no stairs to navigate from street to office.

Coffee/Tea

Gourmet freshly ground, sustainably sourced coffee from Counter Culture Coffee available along with organic tea selections provided by Serendipitea Teas available for no additional charges.

Filtered Water

Triple Filtered Water available.

Hosted Reception

Hosted reception between business hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Our bright and modern kitchens come with the following amenities: * Freshly ground coffee * Selection of organic hot teas * Triple filtered water * Snacks for refueling your brain * Microwaves for reheating * Refrigerators for storing lunches

Print/Scan/Copy

Access to high capacity color printers with unlimited scans & faxes. (Large print jobs may incur a .50 per page charge)

What if I choose or need to work from home because of COVID-19?

While New York continues to montior for the ongoing spread of COVID-19, we understand that you may need to work from home or an alternative site for a period of time. It is our goal to help you get work done - no matter where that happens to be from.

Please notify your onsite General Manager or a Community Associate if you and/or your team needs to work from home while the threat of COVID continues to subside. It would be our pleasure to help bridge the gap between your office and home office. 

How can I protect myself?

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has outlined a series of precautions and things to know to help minimize your risk of catching and spreading the virus:

Avoid close contact with people who are sick.

Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.

Stay home when you are sick.

Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.

Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.

Follow CDC’s recommendations for using a facemask.

Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom; before eating; and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.

If soap and water are not readily available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Always wash hands with soap and water if hands are visibly dirty.
