In the heart of Hudson Square we have a modern space waiting for you. Open floor plan, e-commerce studio, full-service kitchen with mobile kitchen island, 3 flat screen TV's, two offices, one video editing bay. It's a full service creative space, built for creatives.
Office 1
A private office within our creative space. You'll have a suite with visibility to the rest of the office through the glass entry way, complete with glass door. Wood desk, desk chair and two additional chairs for your guests. Access to full service kitchen, including oven with stovetop and dishwasher. Access to our large conference room and other charming common area.
West Desk
Open floor plan. Bright, charming office space. Exclusive cluster of desks with file cabinets. Wood paneled, full-service kitchen with mobile kitchen island. Warm common area with flat screen TV. Sonos WiFi speakers. Ten seat conference room with Apple TV, Mac Mini with Jabra PanCast for presentations. All in the heart of Hudson Square.

Full conference room. Oak wood table, ten seat capacity. Flat screen TV, equipped with Apple TV for presentations. Apple Mac mini with video conferencing built in for Zoom and Microsoft Teams meetings. White board available.
Podcast Studio
Welcome to the Six+One Podcast Studio! Price is for space and equipment only, no technician. Lighting, three HD cameras, quality control is $250/hour. If you are new to podcasting, a seasoned podcaster or looking to launch a new product we've got you covered. Located in the heart of Hudson Square, our versatile Podcast & Content Creation Studio makes it easy, affordable and approachable to bring your ideas to life. The studio was created for all kinds of creators, we can offer sets for podcast recording, remote interviews, video content and more. Come on in. Take a look and see if the studio is right for you. Price includes space, video and audio gear only (NO engineer) If you need an engineer, we can provide one. You'll receive RAW video footage with multiple camera angles and audio channels. If you wish for an instant data transfer, please bring your own SSD Hard Drive or prepare a Dropbox link for deliver within 48 hours of your shoot. Further editing options are available upon request.
