Our versatile space is conveniently located just steps from Penn Station and is close to all subway lines. Made up of 13 individual studios, We have accommodated multiple room bookings and many uses. Each studio has acoustic insulation and versatile lighting. We are located in a doorman building, with staff on site. Studios feature oversized windows in exterior facing studios, 12+ foot ceilings throughout, hardwood floors, and access from dedicated extra wide hallways. The floor has three bathrooms (1 ADA accessible), it is also possible to book a bathroom for production shoots.
