Capture every moment of your event! Filming is allowed in all interior spaces. We also offer professional videography services to document your event. Let us know in advance, and we’ll coordinate filming as an add-on to your booking.

Our projector and screen are available by request at * per hour. Please let us know in advance to reserve them for your event.

Video Conference ($)

We offer video conference equipment in all our spaces. Let us know in advance if you'd like our wireless speaker, camera, and TV monitor reserved for your meeting to make virtual meetings seamless and easy.

We have a staffed Charge of Quarters (QC) available both via phone at (212) 947-1386 and on-site during our operating hours to assist you with any needs. They are also connected to the front doorbell to help with guest entry.

Room Set-up

Let us know how you'd like the room set up! Our Charge of Quarters staff is available to assist with room setup, provide a water pitcher, handle electronics, and adjust climate control for your comfort. If you have any specific needs, let us know!

TV/Monitor

Our TV and monitor system is available for presentations or digital meetings. Please let us know in advance, and we'll ensure it's set up for your space.

Accessibility

Street-level lobby with wheelchair-accessible entry, two passenger elevators, and one freight elevator for easy access.

Hosted Reception

Our lobby on the first floor is staffed with a concierge to assist with entry, while our Charge of Quarters (QC) office on the third floor is responsible for setting up your space and providing support throughout your stay.
