Emerge212 Office Space at 125 Park Avenue is situated on the southeast corner of Park Avenue and 42nd Street, directly across the street from Grand Central Terminal, and offers an array of exceptional conveniences including transportation, dining, retail, hotels and professional amenities. The close proximity to Grand Central gives commuters from Westchester and Connecticut a desirable, one-seat commute, while the subway offers similar conveniences to Manhattan-based commuters. Our center is located on the 25th and 26th floors of the building, featuring panoramic city views. The high-end contemporary-style executive business center is ideal for expanding/transitional businesses, satellite offices, small businesses, start-ups, hedge funds/finance companies, lawyers, and accountants. Private suites are available upon request, and range from 1 to 30 workstations in a variety of different configurations which can accommodate an array of business needs. Please be sure that all guest must be invited in the reservation confirmation as they need to be put into the security system to gain entry.
