You are a small-ish team (3-8 people) ideally looking for a few desks and wanting to grow but not sure when you will be getting more bodies on your team. You want to save cash money on a sweet office space and a distraction-free environment to boot. Luckily for you, we are looking for a super cool tenant to share our space in the heart of DUMBO. About Us: We’re a full-service digital agency–a growing team who is borderline-obnoxiously passionate about helping clients create meaningful, human connections that inspire action. We are that roommate that is never home. That’s because we work from home on Wednesdays and are often out of office to meet with clients and whatnot. During the time that we do spend in office, we tend to keep to ourselves – a habit that will be aided by the ample sectioned, semi-private areas available on the premises. About the Office: Imagine a space with a bank of windows so vast, Drumpf’s hypothetical wall would be jealous. A floor plan so open, the local 24/7 diners can’t even keep up. Ceilings so high, they make Snoop Dog look sober. Appliances galore (we’re talking Vitamix, Keurig, panini press, dishwasher, microwave, fridge–the works.) Superior (read: pretty decent) DJs on hand at all times (read: during regular business hours) to provide mellow mood music for your listening pleasure. With natural light to rival our own luminous personalities, and a well-stocked cache of caffeinated beverages. Location: Calling DUMBO home means a few things–spectacular views of the Manhattan bridge, a bevy of beautiful people and their dogs, a 5 minute walk to the F, A, and C trains (as well as the East River Ferry if you’re feeling fancy), and dangerous proximity to one of the best grilled cheeses in the city (seriously. . .this place boasts some aggressively gooey grub.) Price: Rent is $650 per seat/per month (3 seat minimum). $495/seat if you are a group of 5 or more and can move in by November 1, 2017. Ideally a 1 year contract with the option to extend.
