We are a contemporary, boutique, flex shared workspace nestled between the city of Las Vegas and Henderson. The building is a stone's throw away from the Las Vegas Harry Reid International Airport and a short drive from the Strip. Our unique layout allows for flexibility that can cater to the unique needs of the modern-day workforce. Our section of the building is exclusively dedicated to daily users with two private offices (up to 4 people each) enclosed with one floor-to-ceiling glass window and 1 meeting room (up to 7 people) equipped with all of your A/V needs. We also offer 2 other sizes of meeting spaces that can accommodate bigger groups (8-25 people). Needing a smaller space to work in? We have several open (Essential Day Desk) and dedicated desks (Premium Day Desk) available with desktop monitors and storage cabinets for those opting for the latter. Eligible guests will have access to the kitchen with complimentary coffee and tea (with snacks for the dedicated desk users), print and copy services, dining bar and lounge area and the rooftop patio. The entire coworking section may be eligible to be booked for corporate offsite events, subject to availability.
INCUBASE Essential Desk Membership
We are a contemporary, boutique, flex shared workspace nestled between the city of Las Vegas and Henderson. The building is a stone's throw away from the Las Vegas Harry Reid International Airport. Our unique layout allows for flexibility that can cater to the unique needs of the modern-day workforce. This section of the building is exclusively dedicated to daily users with two semi-private offices enclosed with one floor-to-ceiling glass window and 1 meeting room equipped with all of your A/V needs. Needing a smaller space to work in? We have several open desks available with desktop monitors upon request. Eligible guests will have access to the kitchen with complimentary coffee and tea, dining bar and lounge area and the rooftop patio. This is a no-smoking, pet-free zone. We offer access to the kitchen fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, dinnerware, utensils and cups and complimentary water, coffee and tea. Guests are expected to clean up after using the dinnerware, utensils and cups in the area. Outside food and drinks are allowed provided guests tidy up and dispose of trash properly. A cleaning fee shall be charged to guest at host's discretion. With Eastern and Hacienda as cross streets, Incubase is located 2 miles away from Las Vegas Harry Reid Airport, which is approximately 5-7 minute drive, taking Russell street eastbound and left on Eastern going northbound. It will be the standalone grey and blue building (next to a church) on the right side of S Eastern Avenue. The workspace dedicated to daily users is located on the 2nd Floor of the building. After you pull into the parking lot of the building premises, you will take the staircase up to the 2nd floor and find a door labeled with Unit 251. Enter through that door with the code provided and as you walk past the restrooms, you will find another door that can be accessed with the same code. You are finally in! Set against a vibrant mural backdrop, our desk offering is designed to elevate the modern-day user's co-working experience. Our desks range between 40-47 inches in length, armed with USB ports. In our bid to take the stress off of your work and your back, they are accompanied by ergonomic mesh chairs with adjustable height and smooth-rolling wheels for comfortable hours-long seating. The Premium Day Desks have an added bonus of filing cabinets should you decide to sign up for the monthly membership. To top it all off, each of the chairs come with handy storage behind the backrest should you need more space for your belongings. Please just make sure to check for any belongings before leaving your assigned desk/chair for the day. Both sides of the coworking section will have its share of natural light with the outdoor space door access for the hot desks whereas picture windows for the dedicated desk space. In addition to the free parking, high speed WI-FI, complimentary coffee and water and use of business address, our Essential Desk Membership offers complimentary access to lounge, dining area, and rooftop patio and a curated selection of light snacks and beverages for a fee which can be purchased on site.

The Boardroom - Incubase Workspace
Our 250 SF conference room provides a cozy yet focused atmosphere conducive to all-hands-on-deck, heads-down discussions. Its full enclosure punctuated by a few picture windows for natural light strikes a balance between privacy and a refreshing environment. The gray ash wood table lends a sleek and professional look while being sturdy enough to accommodate various materials like laptops, documents and presentation equipment. Paired with the 10ft. long table are ten tan leather executive chairs that not only add a touch of sophistication but also ensure comfortable seating throughout potentially lengthy meetings, which is crucial for maintaining attendees' focus and engagement. The combination of all these elements along with our advanced A/V technology such as the 65in. flat screen TV with HDMI connectivity (wireless and cable), dry-erase boards with markers and power strips sets the tone for effective communication and collaboration that contributes to an overall productive and pleasant meeting experience. Easy access to the kitchenette and the dining area with a complimentary selection of refreshments are included in every meeting reservation.
The Classroom - Incubase Workspace
If you have been searching high and low for the ideal closed-door, distraction-free, no-fuss-no-muss space to hold workshops, seminars, training sessions, etc., well, look no further as you have come to the right place! Located on the second floor of the building, our Classroom provides a spacious solution to big group gatherings with a seating capacity of up to 25 participants with training tables and up to 33 without desks. Equipped with the necessary A/V essentials, it is the embodiment of the "cool, calm and collected" aesthetic which easily translates into the overall mood and vibe of the space and ultimately, the meeting itself. The LED light panels that run across the room coupled with the natural light through the picture windows help to illuminate the space, conducive to mental clarity, focus, and engagement. The fully enclosed space offers the level of privacy and focus that you need for a successful presentation and an overall productive day ahead. Every reservation comes with a free use of 12 mobile, foldable heavy-duty training desks (good for 2 persons) with castor wheels for easy mobility along with comfortable, stackable cushioned chairs. A/V equipment that are readily available are dry-erase glass board, a projector and a projection screen for a seamless presentation. HDMI connectivity (wireless and corded) and power strips are provided for your convenience. Freshly brewed coffee and water available upon request. Free parking available for all meeting participants. Easy access to the male and female restrooms on the same floor.

Our mural-embellished, completely private meeting room can accommodate 6-8 people.
