Shared office space available for one or two professionals, in a new, modern, and historically renovated office in downtown Jersey City. Located in the beautiful Jersey City Hamilton Park neighborhood, within walking distance to restaurants, food markets, public transportation, and of course, Hamilton Park. The open floor plan has natural light streaming through large first floor windows. Two office spaces are available: an open work space for $500/month; and a private office for $1,000/month. You can view both spaces in the photos. Amenities included in the rent are: off-street parking during office hours, utilities, hi-speed wifi, color copier/scanner, kitchen area, reception area for clients and a conference room, and security system.

THE METRO COMPANY, LLC COVID-19 Preparedness Plan

 

We have a COVID-19 Preparedness Plan in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Staff and tenants are responsible for implementing this plan in order to provide a safe and healthy workplace for everyone using our offices.

 

Our goal is to mitigate the potential for transmission of COVID-19. The full cooperation of everyone that uses our office space will be required. It is your responsibility to ensure that you and your visitors follow and adhere to all plan protocols.

 

There are two (2) key elements of the Preparedness Plan:

 

1. Prior to coming to the office - Doing a self-assessment to check for symptoms, illnesses, exposure to someone who is ill and results of any testing.

 

2. Upon entry and within the office  - Adhering to office protocols focusing on mask wearing, social distancing, hygiene, disinfecting and cleaning.

 

The protocols are posted throughout the office. They are a combination of commonsense and established health and safety practices.

 

We have weekly office cleanings and a complete disinfecting of the office using a hospital grade and food safe disinfectant fogger.
