The health and safety of our members and employees is, as always, one of our top priorities. In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented additional measures designed to help ensure we can provide you with a safe and positive experience. Accordingly, the following rules and expectations of Coalition Space (the “Health and Safety Policies“) shall apply until further notice. Health Declaration: Before each wellness facility visit and check-in, you must acknowledge and consent to Coalition Space’s Health Declaration. If you are experiencing any of the symptoms or circumstances identified in the Health Declaration, cancel your visit and stay home. You will not be permitted to check-in and use the wellness rooms if you do not complete the Health Declaration or Coalition Space determines in its discretion that you are exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19. You will not be permitted to access the facility that day or return until you have been fever-free, and otherwise not had symptoms consistent with COVID-19 infection, for 3 days (or other time period specified in your health declaration). Please see below for more information on COVID-19 and your privacy. Masks: You are required to bring and wear a mask, or other reasonable covering, such as a bandana, that conceals your nose and mouth, at all times while you are in Coalition Space, except while you are exercising. Where mandated by state/local law, you will be required to wear a mask at all times while in the facility, including during exercise. Guests: In order to prioritize our members’ ability to use the facility, guest access is temporarily suspended. COVID-19 Assumption of Risk: Please understand that despite all the precautions that you, other members, guests, individuals, and/or Coalition Space may take, Coalition Space cannot guarantee your health or safety, and you may still be exposed to COVID-19, including, without limitation through touching and using the exercise equipment, Space facilities, and/or amenities, and through direct and/or indirect interactions with other members, employees, guests, or individuals who have COVID-19 or have been exposed to COVID-19. By accessing any of our Spaces, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks and dangers, known and unknown, that are associated with any exposure to COVID-19 including, without limitation, suffering any type of medical condition, illness and, potentially, death. Hand sanitizer stations are available throughout the facility and wellness rooms. Cleaning: While our staff is hard at work to keep our facilities clean and disinfected, cleanliness is a shared responsibility for our community. You are required to wipe down machines and equipment after use, dispose of used wipes and other waste in trash bins and, as always, treat our staff with respect and gratitude. Physical Distancing: Physical distancing of at least 6ft (or as otherwise required by state/local law) between other members and Coalition Space employees is required at all times while in our facilities. Contactless Transactions: In an effort to minimize contact, you may update your card on-file on the online member portal. Equipment: To achieve physical distancing, we have reduced the number of cardio machines and equipment available for use. Please be mindful if other members have the wellness room booked – Coalition Space reserves the right to limit your booking to 60 minutes. Wipes are available for you to clean your machines and equipment before and/or after use. Lost and Found: Please note we have temporarily suspended lost and found collection, and will donate or discard any water bottles, books, clothing and other personal effects that we perceive as lower value. Coalition Space will endeavor to collect any perceived high-value items, such as credit cards, personal identification cards, keys, watches, jewelry, and electronics which are left behind for safe-keeping for up to 30 days. However, as always, please avoid bringing valuables into Coalition Space premises, as Coalition Space is not liable for loss or theft of, or damage to any of your personal property, including without limitation items left in Coalition Space or collected and stored by Coalition Space. Respect in Our Community: We are all in this together, and while we are proud of our strong and supportive community, we continue to expect all members to act in a respectful and socially acceptable manner while using the spaces. As a reminder, if you engage in any conduct or behavior that we, in our sole discretion, consider inappropriate indecent, unsafe, unlawful or otherwise in violation of any Coalition Space Policy, we reserve the right to remove you from any facility, revoke, cancel, suspend or otherwise limit your membership or otherwise, and/or notify law enforcement authorities.
