Venue - Stage Event Rental
Inside Nest:Space, on the west end of our building, we've built a fully functional stage area. During our regular business hours, this stage area doubles as a work zone, but during select hours (6 am to 9 am, 11 am to 12 pm, and 6 pm to midnight), our stage is available for event rental. This stage rental area includes a dropdown projector screen, a High Definition Projector, speakers, a presentation area (with a podium), and seating for up to 30 people. We hope to have you rent our stage area very soon!
WiFi

We have a Fiberoptic primary internet provider with a redundant provider in case the primary has an outage.

Filming Allowed

Before you videotape in our space, for any Commercial Reason, you'll need written permission from Nest:Space™

Room Set-up

Room Set-up is limited. Please let us know how you would like assistance, and we'll do our best.

Projector

This is available and ready for event rental at no extra charge!

Bike Rack

We have a small bike rack on the North West side of our building and a larger bike rack on the East side of our building.

Coffee/Tea

Bottomless high-end, locally sourced, medium-roast coffee.

Filtered Water

All of the water in our entire building runs through a reverse osmosis system, guaranteeing a clean drinking experience no matter where you drink from (please do NOT drink from the toilet...gross)!

Kitchen

Our Kitchen has free coffee, tea, fruit, snacks & a fridge to hold the food or drinks you bring in. We ALSO have free beer/drinks on the top shelf to help improve your day when you're done working! :)

Parking

Street side parking is plentiful! Circle the block once, and you're bound to find a bunch of spaces to park. :)

Print/Scan/Copy

We have a multifunction Printer & Scanner, that you can print from any device using our "Ezeep" connected partner apps.

Meet - Conference Room
The Nest:Space™ Conference Room is a private meeting space with street access. It can be rented by members and non-members alike. Our conference room comes equipt with a Meeting Owl Pro for 360-degree hybrid meetings, a 46" wireless TV to stream to. A 90" whiteboard allowing your best ideas to be expressed immediately. Work - Private Desk
Our Private Desks are located in a private room within our Member-Only Access building. Even though it's incredibly secure (full-time camera monitoring & key code entrance only), we want you to be able to work at your private desk whenever it works best for you (24/7)! Every rental comes with a variable height desk, a comfy office chair, and all our premium amenities.

To our valued members and guests:

Your health and safety are our top priority. Therefore as we follow the quickly developing environment around Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are implementing new policies to help us prevent the spread of the virus and limit the impact on our community. Thank you for reading this and supporting our efforts!  

Following recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control (CDC) we are implementing the following enhanced health and safety policies. 


Cleaning

We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our locations to protect our employees, members, and guests. These include; 

Cleaning shared surfaces regularly with disinfectant. 

Providing hand sanitizer and table spray. 

Asking our members and guests to help sanitize common surfaces that you have used. 

 

Hygiene

Please follow these important guidelines about hygiene:

Wash your hands frequently and properly. A guide can be found here: www.who.int/gpsc/clean_hands_protection

Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, not your hands, and use hand sanitizer regularly. Wash your hands. (It’s a theme.)

Please dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer whenever you have used tissues. (There’s that hand-washing again!)

Refrain from touching your nose or mouth. If you do, please wash your hands afterward. (In case you forgot.)

 

If You Are Sick

For the safety of our coworkers and community, we ask members who are displaying mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and cold, to stay home. Please! Not only is this common courtesy, but it will also help you recover more quickly and keep your immune system strong. 

Please notify our staff if you are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space in the past 30 days. 

 

If You Have Traveled

If you are showing any symptoms of illness, we ask you to check with your healthcare provider. Please do not plan to return to work until you’ve been cleared and are no longer sick.
