Common Desk opened our first Wilmington coworking location (and second North Carolina space) from a special re-development of the iconic Gaylord Building on Front Street, and we couldn’t be more excited to call the city of Wilmington home. Common Desk – Wilmington is a flexible coworking community, boasting resources for local entrepreneurs, flexible space offerings for small businesses, all-inclusive amenities, and eye-catching design. Our three floors of coworking include everything from shared space to dedicated desks and private offices. Our first floor is designed with events in mind, and we’re thrilled to host community-centric happenings–both with our members and with groups around the city–from this re-imagined space. We can’t wait to meet you, hear more about what you do, and give you a tour!

Our conference rooms are fully stocked with whiteboards, wifi, flat-screen TVs with presentation capabilities, HDMI cables, coffee, and all the outlets you could ask for. With rooms varying in capacity from 3-12 people, we’re sure to get you just where you need to be.
Conference rooms are available Monday-Thursday (8am – 5pm) and Friday (8am - 3pm). (After hour rentals are available at a higher rate)
