We can set you up with a password for the printer. There is a select number prints included but overage will be charged.

Once your Reservation is accepted, you will receive an Invitation from our Access Control System called PDK. Through PDK you will receive digital credentials to access both the building and Suite #130.

The Private Office Suite has a Combination lock and you will be sent the code to access your Office.

Any mail should be addressed to include "Suite #130". The mail will be delivered to your Mailbox inside your Office Suite located to the side of your Office door.

The Window looks over the entry drive and looks towards the land towards Hwy 160.

Please help yourself to the Keurig for unlimited cold and hot beverages. There are different types of syrups, sugars to make your favorite latte. Coffee creamers, filtered water and two types of ice in the refrigerator.

There is a filtered water station on the front of the refrigerator. There is a small lever on the front of the refrigerator to open the front compartment to the water dispenser.

A thoughtfully designed kitchenette with modern cabinetry and countertops that provides members with a comfortable and convenient space to include a full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and coffee beverage station.

Free parking onsite

There is plentiful parking. We kindly ask that you do not park in the front row of parking facing the front of the building in accordance with our Rules & Regulations.
