The ReCity Network Event Venue is a modern, industrial event space that can be used for a variety of events. It features an open-plan layout with high ceilings, large windows, and natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. It’s well-equipped with AV technology including a projector, microphones, and a sound system, a variety of tables/chairs, and a small stage setup. This space is ideal for workshops, fundraisers, weddings, parties and everything in between. There is also a large patio attached to the front of the venue, with a large, free parking lot - all right in the heart of Downtown Durham. Additionally, there is a large relaxed lounge area that can be great for casual networking, equipped with comfortable seating as well as multiple porches outside the building for a variety of outdoor space usage as well. The space also includes a variety of breakout spaces with different setups for groups ranging from 20-50. The venue’s aesthetic combines industrial elements with warm, wooden accents, offering a creative yet professional environment.

Located in the heart of downtown Durham, ReCity Network is a mission-driven coworking and community space designed for nonprofits, entrepreneurs, creatives, and changemakers. Our 25,000-square-foot facility features open coworking areas, conference rooms, private and semi-private offices, training labs, and a 3300 square foot industrial event space. There is high-speed WiFi, free printing/scanning, complimentary local coffee and tea, a shared kitchen, and a free on-site parking lot. Members also enjoy access to networking events and a collaborative community focused on social impact. Conveniently located in the Central Park District, ReCity is just minutes from Downtown Durham hotspots like the American Tobacco Campus, Brightleaf Square, and Durham Central Park.
