The Edgewater Building is a luxurious two story building that is located in Allendale, near Grand Valley University. There is a Childcare Center right across the street from the Edgewater Building, ("Solid Rock Childcare"). There are several restaurants nearby such as Main street Pub, 5 de Mayo Mexican grill & bar, and Pepinos. We are handicap accessible and have an elevator to get to the second floor. We offer several different styles of space to meet the needs for everyone looking for an hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly space to work. There is a large open area that is used for training, seminars, exercise, and more with lots of windows that can seat 18+ people. There are four conference rooms, the largest seats 16, and the smallest seats 5. We have several private offices with windows and a cubicle workspaces. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and bottled water available.
