This large training room accommodates up to 50 guests. It features a 55" screen monitor, a large whiteboard, a phone, and the SCO COVID baskets that contain hand sanitizer, hard surface wipes, and disinfectant spray. Various seating styles can be arranged as well as training desks. The number of guests is dependent upon the seating arrangement. All of our office guests enjoy a friendly and professional reception team that is on-site during core business hours, access to printers/scanners/copiers, free WiFi, and a kitchen stocked with coffee and teas.

Room Set-up

With advanced notice, meeting rooms, and conference rooms can be configured in a variety of styles (traditional conference seating with tables, seminar seating, training, open room, etc).

Print/Scan/Copy ($)

Guests can access high-speed printers for printing, scanning, and copying. Prints and copies are available at the low cost of $0.10 per page for B/W and $0.50 per page for Color.

Door w/Lock

All meeting rooms, conference rooms, and private offices have lockable doors.

Phone

All meeting rooms, conference rooms, private offices, and dedicated cubicles/desks are equipped with phones with conferencing features and VOIP service.

TV/Monitor

All meeting rooms and conference rooms have 55" TV monitors. A mobile 55" monitor can be requested for private offices that do not have a mounted TV monitor.

Whiteboard

All meeting rooms and conference rooms have whiteboards.

Window View

The Suber Conference Room has window views that stretch the full length of two sides of the workspace.

Coffee/Tea

A variety of complimentary teas, coffees and waters are available for guests.

Hosted Reception

Our reception area is staffed with professional and friendly team members that not only host guests but also provide on-site and virtual administrative support. Hosted reception is only available during our core business hours Monday - Friday.

Kitchen

Complimentary water, teas, and coffees are stocked in a kitchen that is equipped with a microwave, toaster, coffee-maker and full-sized fridge.

Rockefeller CoWork Lounge-Entire Room
The Rockefeller CoWork Lounge can be reserved as a large meeting room with multiple seating arrangements. It features multiple seating two 55" monitors, whiteboards, a podium, a microphone with an amplifier, modern decor, and SCO COVID baskets that contain hand sanitizer, hard surface wipes, and disinfectant spray. One week's notice is required to book the entire suite. Evening and Saturday hours are available. Please call for availability.
Uthman Private Office
Great private office for meeting customers in person. This is a personal favorite for many of our professional service clients, such as lawyers, realtors, and personal finance managers. It features a 47" screen monitor, large whiteboard, phone, professional decor, and the SCO COVID baskets that contain hand sanitizer, hard surface wipes, and disinfectant spray. Perry Conference Room
This bright conference room accommodates 8 guests. It features a 55" screen monitor, a large whiteboard, a phone, and the SCO COVID baskets that contain hand sanitizer, hard surface wipes, and disinfectant spray. Washington Conference Room
This large conference room accommodates up to 40 guests. It features a 55" screen monitor, a large whiteboard, a phone, and the SCO COVID baskets that contain hand sanitizer, hard surface wipes, and disinfectant spray. Various seating styles can be arranged with or without conference tables. The number of guests is dependent upon the seating arrangement. All of our office guests enjoy a friendly and professional reception team that is on-site during core business hours, access to printers/scanners/copiers, free WiFi, and a kitchen stocked with coffee and teas.

As a partner of larger virtual office networks and a member of the Global Workspace Association (GWA), SCO Offices has committed to making significant changes in our offices to minimize the COVID-19 risks within our office. The guidelines we are adhering to are derived from the CDC, WHO, GWA and other governmental agencies and industry leaders.
