With advanced notice, meeting rooms, and conference rooms can be configured in a variety of styles (traditional conference seating with tables, seminar seating, training, open room, etc).
Guests can access high-speed printers for printing, scanning, and copying. Prints and copies are available at the low cost of $0.10 per page for B/W and $0.50 per page for Color.
All meeting rooms, conference rooms, and private offices have lockable doors.
All meeting rooms, conference rooms, private offices, and dedicated cubicles/desks are equipped with phones with conferencing features and VOIP service.
All meeting rooms and conference rooms have 55" TV monitors. A mobile 55" monitor can be requested for private offices that do not have a mounted TV monitor.
All meeting rooms and conference rooms have whiteboards.
The Suber Conference Room has window views that stretch the full length of two sides of the workspace.
A variety of complimentary teas, coffees and waters are available for guests.
Our reception area is staffed with professional and friendly team members that not only host guests but also provide on-site and virtual administrative support. Hosted reception is only available during our core business hours Monday - Friday.
Complimentary water, teas, and coffees are stocked in a kitchen that is equipped with a microwave, toaster, coffee-maker and full-sized fridge.
