Our event space accommodates up to 35-40 people and includes foldable tables and chairs. Please note that the rentee is responsible for all setup and cleanup, which must be completed within your total booking time. We highly recommend booking at least one additional hour to account for this. Additionally, heating and air conditioning requirements vary by location; please inquire about availability and pricing when booking. To ensure a smooth experience, please adhere to the following rules: - Smoking is strictly prohibited. - All trash must be removed from the building. - Doors must remain closed and cannot be propped open. - Nudity is not allowed. - Tables and chairs must be returned to the storage closet. - Decorations are not permitted in the first-floor main area. - Setup and cleanup must be finished within your reserved time slot. - Guests may not gather in the lobby or receptionist area. - Children are not permitted to run through the space. Please be advised that violating any of these rules will result in a $250 fine.
