Our commitment is to provide a clean, safe, and supportive environment for all practitioners, clients, and guests. To maintain the integrity of our shared wellness space, we ask everyone to follow the guidelines below.

1. Cleanliness & Sanitation

All practitioners are responsible for wiping down surfaces, equipment, and high‑touch areas after each session.

Treatment tables, chairs, and shared tools must be sanitized between clients.

Hand sanitizer is available throughout the studio and should be used upon entry.

Any spills or messes should be cleaned promptly to maintain a safe environment.

2. Personal Health & Wellness

Anyone experiencing symptoms of illness (fever, cough, sore throat, gastrointestinal symptoms, etc.) should reschedule their session.

Practitioners must follow all relevant professional health guidelines for their modality.

Clients who appear visibly unwell may be asked to reschedule for the safety of others.

3. Space Use & Safety

Please arrive only during your scheduled booking time and vacate the space promptly to allow for cleaning and turnover.

Keep walkways clear and ensure equipment is used safely and returned to its proper place.

Candles, incense, or open flames are not permitted unless approved by management.

Noise levels should be kept low to respect other practitioners and clients.

4. Emergency Procedures

Emergency exits must remain unobstructed at all times.

In the event of an emergency, follow posted evacuation routes and exit the building calmly.

First‑aid supplies are available on site; report any injuries immediately.

5. Confidentiality & Professional Conduct

Practitioners must maintain client confidentiality in accordance with their professional standards.

All interactions within the studio should be respectful, inclusive, and aligned with a healing environment.

Any unsafe or inappropriate behavior should be reported to management.

6. Facility Access

Entry is permitted only during confirmed booking times.

Door codes are confidential and may not be shared with clients or guests.

Practitioners are responsible for ensuring the door is securely closed upon entry and exit.

7. Shared Responsibility

We are a community‑centered space. Everyone plays a role in keeping the environment safe, clean, and welcoming. By using our studio, you agree to uphold these standards and support the wellbeing of all who enter.
