A similar size to Suite 1120, Suite 1130 is a private 1-person office with a window on the first floor of our building. The office comes equipped with one office chair, one visitor chair, one standing desk, and all of our usual amenities. This large 2-person office suite has two office chairs and standing desks facing away from each other. Filing cabinets, additional storage space, and trash receptacles are already available in this room. Suite 1210 is the largest suite we currently have available at OfficeFlex. Sitting at 193 square feet and able to accommodate four-six office workers, this suite is a great option for those who want a private office suite that is closest to a coworking space or a traditional office layout. The open windows let in tons of natural light and provide a great view of the surrounding community. You also have 24/7 access to our conference rooms, printing and shipping services, as well as full access to our complimentary café and coffee bar.

This one-person suite comes equipped with a standing desk, office chair, and lots of storage space. There is also an additional chair for visitors. Your health and safety is our top priority. Therefore as we follow the quickly developing environment around Coronavirus (COVID-19) we are implementing new policies to help us prevent the spread of the virus and limit the impact on our community. Following recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control (CDC) we are implementing the following enhanced health and safety policies. 


Cleaning

We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our locations to protect our employees, members and guests. These include; 

Cleaning shared surfaces regularly with disinfectant. 

Providing hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial wipes. 

Asking our members and guests to help sanitize common surfaces that you have used. 

 

Hygiene

Please follow these important guidelines about hygiene:

Wash your hands frequently and properly. A guide can be found here: www.who.int/gpsc/clean_hands_protection

Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, not your hands, and use hand sanitizer regularly. Wash your hands. (It’s a theme.)

Please dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues. (There’s that hand-washing again!)

Refrain from touching your nose or mouth. If you do, please wash your hands afterwards. (In case you forgot.)
