Meeting Room 001 is the most flexible meeting space at The Village Works. This room is perfect for a board meeting, off-site, training, tele-meeting or interview. It's a well-lit, well-designed room with:
* full Ideapaint whiteboard wall
* a giant screen TV with HDMI connection and wireless screen sharing
* webcam and domestic speakerphone
* original brick and stone wall charm
* closing blinds if privacy is needed
* a buffet niche for coffee or lunch service
Our reconfigurable tables can fit 12-14 people boardroom-style, 10+ classroom style, and up to 20 theater style. The room is located on the lower level of The Village Works, accessible by elevator, near the individual restrooms, and serviced by its own waiting area.
We are happy to help arrange catering for your meeting, and we welcome special requests.
**Please note you will not have access to the room before or after your booking, so please book all setup and breakdown time you need.**
We're located in the heart of Brookline Village, steps from the T and the 65/66 buses to Cambridge, Back Bay, Brighton, and Roxbury, with pay-by-app street parking available and paid lots nearby.

Room 001: The room will be configured for 12 guests boardroom-style. Let us Know if you need more chairs, or classroom or theater-style setup. Some setups are not compatible with all A/V features. We're happy to consider special requests.

Chromecast for screen sharing and Google Hangouts is available in Rooms 001, 101 and 202. Webcams are available in Rooms 001, 003, 101 and 202. Wired connections are available in all rooms on request.

Room 001 has a full wall of writable Ideapaint whiteboard. Whiteboards are available in Rooms 101 and 202.

Third floor offices are walk-up only. All meeting rooms and public spaces in The Village Works are accessible.

It can set up for 2 people under normal circumstances, but during COVID-19 recovery, we can only host one individual. The price is discounted to reflect this temporary change.
**Please note that during the COVID-19 recovery, we can only allow one person to use this office or two from the same household. No social distancing is possible within offices. We have enhanced cleaning and safety procedures in place, including required temperature checks and masks in all public areas of the building.
