Our office space offers multiple enclosed desk areas for privacy as well as private meeting rooms. Our office also is able to accommodate meetings for larger parties with joint desk space for up to 12 people. Our office area is well kept and maintained, including a bathroom for convenience as well as wifi.

Thank you for your interest in renting our office space. At Patel Enterprises, we prioritize the health and safety of all individuals who occupy our premises. This notice is intended to provide you with important information regarding the health and safety measures we have implemented within our office space.

General Safety Guidelines:

All occupants must adhere to local laws and regulations related to health and safety.

Smoking is strictly prohibited within the office premises, including designated smoking areas.

All individuals must use designated walkways, staircases, and elevators to ensure safe movement throughout the building.

Emergency exits and evacuation routes are clearly marked and should not be obstructed or misused.

Fire Safety:

Fire extinguishers are strategically placed throughout the office space. Familiarize yourself with their locations and operating instructions.

In case of a fire alarm, follow the evacuation procedures and assemble at the designated meeting point outside the building.

Do not use elevators during a fire alarm or evacuation. 

For medical emergencies, call 911 immediately.
