Exchange Place (53 State Street) is one of Boston's most recognized business addresses and one of Boston's tallest buildings, standing 510 feet (155 m) tall, and 40 floors. This modern glass skyscraper rises out of the 12-story Boston Stock Exchange. The original 1896 marble stair case is a magnificent lobby centerpiece.
The building has three cafes, a gym, bike room and access to the MBTA Blue and Orange lines without walking outside. The Red line at Downtown Crossing is only a 2 block walk. Parking is also available.
