All members and guests must check in at reception upon arrival.

50 Franklin is accessible 24/7 for authorized members via secure key or fob access.

Emergency exit routes are clearly marked on each floor; please familiarize yourself with them.

In case of fire or emergency, evacuate the building immediately and follow instructions from staff or emergency personnel.

Workplace Cleanliness

Common areas, meeting rooms, and private offices are cleaned and disinfected regularly.

Sanitizing stations are available throughout the building.

We encourage all members to keep their workspaces tidy and dispose of waste in designated bins.

Meeting rooms and phone booths should be left clean and reset after use.

Health & Hygiene
