Our corner unit conference room, bathed in sunlight, is available. It features a large display with Airplay support, a dedicated computer connected to the display, and speakers. The room comfortably accommodates eight people, but more can fit in the room, although not at the table. We have plenty of supplies and a mini fridge stocked with all the sparkling water your heart could desire.

Rent out the entire North Side of our workspace. This includes a large conference room table that can easily accommodate 15 people, and we can add additional seating to support more attendees. We've previously hosted up to 60 people in this room using a theater-style setup. This space features a large projector to which you will have access, as well as a smaller, mobile display. It is conveniently located next to our kitchen.

One Three is a design-minded coworking and meeting space overlooking the Chicago Brown Line in the heart of Chicago's River North. Managed by the industry-leading Chicago-based One Design Company, One Three focuses on providing an elevated and inspiring hub for gatherings and presentations and an optimal workspace for individuals or teams. We like to think of it as a “yes” space. You tell us what you need it to be. And we’ll help you design a space uniquely assembled to help you do your best work. The space has a total capacity of 90 people if they are standing. However, if you are looking for a coworking space, only around 35 people can fit comfortably. The space can be transformed to accommodate up to 80 folding chairs in a presentation-style seating arrangement. You can see an example of what that looks like in our photos. Please note that chairs must be rented as we do not provide extra seating. The furniture shown in the photos is the only furniture provided. This entire workspace floor is available. This suite is perfect for a company seeking an office space to call its own. There is a conference room, 5 office rooms, an open desk area with 8 desks, and a larger conference/seminar room with a very large table and chairs, plus multiple TV screens. Please reach out to schedule a tour. *Any bookings made outside regular business hours may incur an additional fee of $100 per hour.
