Welcome to Thrive DTSP! We are a local, purposefully-built business community that mixes creative space design, exceptional amenities, and smart, talented people (our members) to support YOUR needs as a THRIVING business. To build THRIVE we stepped outside the proverbial box… took a look around… asked some questions… and, from scratch, built something we are proud of. Not for us, but for you. We get it. You and your employees need a space that you enjoy going to EVERY day, even if you don’t go every day. You also need a space that you WANT to invite your customers to; our space is your customer’s first impression of you. We didn’t cut corners because we know you wouldn’t either. Big things are important and little things make the difference. We added some amenities… then we added a few more… and, yea, we like having nice things too so we’ll probably add more. We focus on the details, listen to our members, and strive every day to deliver the best work space experience. You’ve got your hands full running a business, let us sweat some of the day-to-day details.

Every one of our 91 offices is a little different, so pricing varies, but these offices are - all inclusive pricing. Membership includes Kahwa Coffee all day, free/unlimited printing / copying, free/unlimited meeting room use, use of our podcast studio and other amenity spaces, and invitations to members only networking events. Team Office for 3 or 4 #316
Classic interior office with ample space for 3-4 desks. Add some art or paint an accent wall to liven it up.
Office #304 (one person office)
Efficient office for one person. Room for desk, chair and drawers (provided or bring your own), plus an armchair, bookshelf or small credenza. Large windows overlooking third floor foyer with lots of borrowed sunlight from wall of glass overlooking Williams Park.
Private Office #358
Quiet office tucked into corner, huge windows let in lots of natural sunlight. Architectural features and a bold blue accent wall set the tone. (We encourage our members to decorate their offices to their taste--with prior approval. If you prefer a different color, let us know!)
Dedicated Desk
Private desk for your exclusive use in a shared office with 3-5 other members, all of whom are working on separate projects and on different schedules. Standard access (9-5, M-F) is $250 per month. Extended access (6 am to 11 pm, 7 days per week) available for an additional $100 per month.
Private Office #360
Sunny space with a light-hearted vibe. Large exterior windows, plenty of room for a small conference table, comfy chairs, etc., in addition to the desks. (We will remove any furniture that doesn't work for your layout.) Available September 1, 2022.

The perfect alternative to working from home. For $99 a month, drop in and work in our sprawling common area anytime during standard business hours. Grab your laptop and set up at a standing desk, café table, or settle into a sofa! Some days are busier than others in this shared space, so noise-cancelling earphones can be helpful. Gigabit speed internet throughout the building, beautiful clean restrooms, and free coffee and filtered water all day long. Let's get to work!
Brainstorm Room
The Brainstorm Room seats up to 10 people, with customizable desk configurations to accommodate groups of various sizes. With sweeping views of the city, this space is sure to impress your clients! The room is fully equipped with a smart TV monitor, Gigabit-speed internet, and large rolling whiteboard. Enjoy a meeting space that feels comfortable and energetic, while connected to a community of successful movers and shakers. Our warm and friendly onsite staff ensure that your guests and visitors feel welcome in a professional and polished space.
Coworking Day Pass
The perfect alternative to working from home. For $25 a day, drop in and work in our sprawling common area during standard business hours. Grab your laptop and set up at a standing desk, café table, or settle into a sofa! Some days are busier than others in this shared space, so noise-cancelling earphones can be helpful. Gigabit speed internet throughout the building, beautiful clean restrooms, and free coffee and filtered water all day long. Let's get to work!
Drop-In Private Office for 2
Private office with available by the day or the week. Convenient location and access to the common area and kitchen. Monitor and keyboard available upon request. Access from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Covered parking available for an additional $10 per day.
Lab Classroom
The Lab Classroom seats up to 30 people, with customizable desk configurations to accommodate groups of various sizes. With sweeping views of the city, this space is sure to impress your clients! The room is fully equipped with a smart TV monitor, Gigabit-speed internet, and large rolling whiteboard. Enjoy a meeting space that feels comfortable and energetic, while connected to a community of successful movers and shakers. Health and Safety Policy 

To our valued members and guests: 

Your health and safety is our top priority. Therefore as we follow the quickly developing environment around Coronavirus (COVID-19) we are implementing new policies to help us prevent the spread of the virus and limit the impact on our community. Thank you for reading this and supporting our efforts!   

  

Following recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control (CDC) we are implementing the following enhanced health and safety policies.  



Cleaning 

We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our locations to protect our employees, members and guests. These include;  

Cleaning shared surfaces regularly with disinfectant.  

Providing hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial wipes.  

Asking our members and guests to help sanitize common surfaces that you have used.  

  

Hygiene 

Please follow these important guidelines about hygiene: 

Wash your hands frequently and properly. A guide can be found here: www.who.int/gpsc/clean_hands_protection 

Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, not your hands, and use hand sanitizer regularly. Wash your hands. (It’s a theme.) 

Please dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues. (There’s that hand-washing again!) 

Refrain from touching your nose or mouth. If you do, please wash your hands afterwards. (In case you forgot.) 

  

Kitchen 

We clean our kitchen, including all sinks and surfaces, several times daily. We have coffee available, that is prepared in an enclosed container. We offer washable dishes, glassware, mugs, and silverware and run our dishwasher twice daily. Because of our dedication to reducing single-use plastics, we do not offer plasticware or any type of disposable drinkware. Members and guests are welcome to bring their own mugs, plates, and utensils if this makes them feel more comfortable. In addition, we have commercial refrigerators that are disinfected weekly - members and guests are welcome to bring their own food, beverages, and favorite coffee addition and store it here.  

  

If You Are Sick 

For the safety of our coworkers and community, we are asking members who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough and cold to stay home. Please! Not only is this common courtesy, it will help you recover more quickly and keep your immune system strong.  

Please notify our staff if you are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space in the past 30 days.  

  

If You Have Traveled 

For our employees, members and guests. If you have recently traveled to high-risk areas (China, Italy and other areas as updated by the CDC), they are being asked to self-quarantine for 14 days, even if they show no symptoms, to monitor for any symptoms of illness. This may be extended to those who have traveled to other areas where COVID-19 is spreading.  

If you have recently traveled internationally or may have been exposed to people traveling from affected areas, please monitor yourself.  

If you are showing any symptoms of illness we ask you to check with your healthcare provider. Please do not plan to return to work until you’ve been cleared and are no longer sick. 

Social distancing 

We are strongly encouraging members and guests to avoid congregating in our common spaces and will try to accommodate any members or guests who ask to work or meet in isolation. 

Closures 

Finally, we have policies in place and will communicate further to implement closures and further cleaning protocols if we are notified that any person that has used our space recently is diagnosed with COVID-19.
