Located in Downtown Miami, this 7,000 square foot office has a mix of flexible and creative workspace layouts. Choose from private meeting rooms, collaborative areas, and casual spots during your stay. There is also a space set up for training or workshops. High ceilings also lend to an open feeling. Great for hosting meetings and training. The space is set up currently for limited elevator access so meetings or productions are not interrupted. Hosts are given an access card during their stay so they can help their guests can come to the floor from the building lobby. The space is also available for long term lease so reservations are only accepted which are 30 days or less in advance. Minimum rental requested is 4 hours.

mindwarehouse is a work and meeting space located in downtown Miami. We offer a range of options for professional and teams depending on the type of space they need. Not ready for an office? We have hybrid combinations of meeting room space and business mail service. Some of our clients choose to book meeting room space with us only when they need it while also using our address as their business mail address. We also have private offices as well with larger meeting room rentals available for special meetings or presentations. We have a variety of members who are experienced professionals who are on their 2nd and 3rd careers or who have left their corporate positions to strike out on their own. Some member backgrounds include fashion and interior design, mediation, real estate, and non-profits. We are also supporters of the Arts. We always have rotation of art on display for purchase in our public spaces so clients and visitors can enjoy a diverse array of pieces by very talented artists. mindwarehouse has hosted and sponsored a diverse array of events featuring visual and vocal arts performances including fashion, spoken word and dance. Have we mentioned we are eco-friendly too? When getting our space ready, we made sure to consider the environment. High efficiency water fixtures help conserve water, while LED & fluorescent light fixtures help save energy. Our paint is zero VOC as well. Just in case there are any rogue VOCs floating around, we have some lovely air cleaning plants. We are located in the Downtown Miami Central Business District. We are about a block away from Miami Dade College Wolfson Campus and the Seybold Building. We are also within walking distance to the Government Center Metrorail Station, First Street Metromover Station, Coral Way Trolley stop, and numerous bus routes.

Located in Downtown Miami, this furnished 7,000 square foot full office floor has a mix of flexible and creative workspace layouts. Choose from private meeting rooms, collaborative areas, and casual spots. There is also a large room set up for training or workshops. High ceilings also lend to an open feeling. Great for hosting events and training. Space is currently available for daily booking. Start date for a monthly agreement will depend on any daily reservations booked.
Full Floor Space
Perfect for professionals seeking a unique and inspiring workspace. Our space is a portal to a bygone era, where vintage charm meets modern functionality. The available portion of the floor plan consists of 6 large executive offices with exterior views of historic Downtown Miami. There is 1 open areas in the center with built in desk unit.  All of the offices are furnished with desks with additional pieces in some offices.  There is an opportunity to share a large conference room which is also outfitted with a projection screen if added by agreement.  The space still retains many of its historic Mimo features such a mahogany doors and accents, furniture, and brass lighting accents.  Several local shops and cafes are in the area with new eating concepts across the street. Multiple public transportation options are also available in the area.  
Suite 901
Suite 901 is available on a month to month basis. Listing photos show a configuration of a desk with 2 guest chairs in the main office. There is also a small, interior reception area for administrative support staff or storage.
Suite 909
Suite 909 is a interior, open plan team office. The office may be personalized and furnished by a client. We also have some furniture which may available as an add on. Access to a wifi, shared meeting room and kitchenette included.

Suite 909
Our space can be used as a workshop or training room. The space can be used for presentations or rehearsals. The open space is approximately 500 square feet with an additional l-shape portion of the space which 190 square feet. A 4 hour minimum reservation please.
Suite 800 Open Workspace
Our Open Workspace can be used for training or group project work. The semi-private space has 9 tables with 2 seats each. The room can also be equipped with a mobile 55" LCD TV as well as a mobile dry erase board if available.

Your health and safety is our top priority. 

We ask our guests to follow our hygeine guidelines: 

Wash your hands frequently and properly. A guide can be found here: www.who.int/gpsc/clean_hands_protection 

Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, not your hands, and use hand sanitizer regularly. Wash your hands. (It’s a theme.) 

Please dispose of tissues immediately into waste bins and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues. (There’s that hand-washing again!) 

Refrain from touching your face. If you do, please wash your hands afterwards. (In case you forgot.) 

If You Are Sick 

For the safety of our space, we are asking any visitors or potential visitors who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough and cold to stay home. Please! Not only is this common courtesy, it will help you recover more quickly and keep your immune system strong.   

If you are showing any symptoms of illness we ask you to check with your healthcare provider. Please do not plan to return to work or visit our space until you’ve been cleared and are no longer sick. 

Social distancing 

We are strongly encouraging visitors or potential visitors to avoid congregating in our common spaces and can accommodate most guests who ask to work or meet in isolation. We have also instituted one way foot traffic through parts of our spaces where possible.
