This generous space boasts high ceilings and access to all our shared member and guest amenities during your time with us. Comes furnished with a Sit/Stand Desk (second desk available upon request), and a 2-armchair conversation area to connect with colleagues and clients.

Unlike leasing traditional office space, West Hartford Coworking focuses on building a collaborative community. As a boutique, family-owned business, we take great pride in serving the needs of our members and guests, giving them the tools and services they need to grow. No corporate feel, no cold and cavernous decor here. Our stylish comfortable environment provides a more productive space than your home office, coffee shop or library.
Dedicated Desk
Ready for your OWN space but not quite ready for a private office? Our Dedicated Desk membership is for you! Claim your very own, always yours, individual workspace in a shared room - available to you 24/7. Make yourself at home at one of our spacious, private desks. Membership includes: -24/7 access to the space -Sit/Stand desk -5 hours of conference room time per month -Use of our address and mail handling services -Free copies and printing -Free access to our happy hour and networking events -All the coffee and tea you can drink! NOTE: A $400 refundable security deposit is also due upon sign up. This will be invoiced separately. Dedicated Desk Membership is a 3-month minimum commitment and month-to-month afterward. Guests are only permitted to join you if you book conference room time to meet with them. Guests are not permitted to use a vacant dedicated desk, office, hot desk, or lounge area, and their time in the space must be paid for.
Unlimited Hot Desk
Whether you work from home, a coffee shop, or are often on the road, our Unlimited Hot Desk Membership is the perfect option to get you in the space and get productive. Terms: This membership is for unlimited access to use a single hot desk Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:30pm with the below additional benefits: -High-speed WiFi and all other utilities included -Unlimited printing and copying -All the coffee you can drink! *NOTE: This membership DOES NOT include conference room time which would be at an additional rate of $45 per hour. Unlimited Hot Desk Membership requires a 3-month minimum commitment, then month-to-month after You will be invoiced separately for the 1-month security deposit *Due to the influx of traffic and demand for Hot Desks, we are changing our policy on the cancellation of Hot Desk reservations. If you pre-reserve a specific date at the Hot Desks, you can cancel up to 24 hours before that reserved date (8:30am EST). Cancellations provided less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded back to your account and the day pass will be marked as used.
Conference Room
Enjoy our bright, inspiring space as you brainstorm your next move or meet with clients. The room comes with a large glass whiteboard and large flat-screen TV with all of the accessories for easy presentations. Fits a max of 8 people.
Hot Desk
Need the occasional space to make things happen? Our Day Passes are the perfect way to take advantage of our bright, beautiful space without the commitment. Day Passes provide access to an individual workspace, our lounge, self-care room and all other shared amenities Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm If you do not already have a code to our space from previous visits or membership, you will be sent a guest pass to get you going in a timely manner upon payment! PLEASE NOTE: If purchasing day passes for yourself and others, please purchase separately under each guests' name and email to allow us to check you in individually. This is required for security, fire safety, and billing. CANCELLATION + REFUND POLICY: We do not refund for desk reservation cancellations made at any interval. But we will apply the booking to another date within 30 days of the original booking. **Single Day Passes expire 1 month from date of purchase
