Hello and welcome to Studio UPlift! My studio is a blank canvas for you to bring your vision to life. It is 900 square feet of open space with ADA compliance (no steps, wheelchair accessible), 15' high ceilings and lots of natural light. Other amenities: ceiling outlets, double entrance doors, ADA-accessible half-sized bathroom, use of refrigerator. The room is a rectangle and can be utilized for various areas and activities such as yoga classes, staff retreats, birthday parties, engagement/wedding/baby showers, trunk shows, and pop-up events, you name it! We are located on the corner of South Broadway and E. Arizona in the Platt Park Windsor building. The main entrance is on South Broadway. The studio can be rented empty or you can use the furnishings available including 1 couch, 20 chairs, 1 round table, 2 rectangle tables, 1 bar table and 2 stools, 4 small folding tables. Wifi included, password provided upon arrival. For a separate fee, you can rent the whole kitchen. Details: Available between 8 am and 10 p.m. Noise ordinance laws must be followed (quiet by 10 pm) Include set up/take down time in the rental No smoking on or within 10' of the property No alcohol/drug sales (BYOB is just fine!) PACK IN / PACK OWN TRASH, clean up after use No illegal activities, no sexual activities at rentals No glitter or confetti use Be respectful of neighbors and their properties Studio representative will be present for all rentals Service pets are always welcome
