Situated next to the bustling 16th Street pedestrian mall, this former athletic club, built in 1982, offers ten floors of workspace, including team suites and private offices, along with three shared lounges, a rooftop lounge, and ample indoor bike storage. Just two blocks from the Colorado Convention Center, it provides convenient access to Downtown Denver’s restaurants, hotels, and Light Rail transit.

We have a local janitorial company, and they come in each night and do a deep clean of each occupied office or suite, as well as a deep clean of the 7th floor lounge. The meeting rooms are cleaned between each booking.
