This 11th Floor Northern facing Exterior Office comes fully furnished with a desk, executive chair and 2 guest chairs. You can choose to either have a stationary or adjustable height desk. The office price also includes Ethernet, WiFi, VoIP phone, a business phone umber, a business digital fax number, filtered water, coffee, tea, beer, wine, use of our business address as your own and 8-5 monday-friday in-person reception services.

Our 48 professional, private offices are fully equipped to suit your needs. And our office spaces for rent come with flexible terms and options you won't be locked into long-term agreements. We offer: - 48 fully furnished professional private offices - Five conference & meeting rooms - Private daily office rentals for when you need to meet with clients - Flexible coworking and shared workspaces - Live phone answering services - Business mailing address rentals for your convenience. Our office is in the One Cherry Center building in the middle of a growing community of professionals, with the RTD bus line available to get to and from our office. The Cherry Creek bike trail and the Cherry Creek Shopping Center offer plenty for nature lovers and shopaholics alike. We're also just minutes away from Denver off of Colorado Blvd, making it easy to connect with clients and other businesses in the downtown area. Shared Work Space
Our Shared Work Space Plan for $99 per month is one of our most popular virtual plans. This is NOT a dedicated desk as you cannot leave your belongings. The space is first come first served. Included in this plan: Access to Meeting Room Spaces & Day Offices 24/7 access at the Home Location, WIFI and use of the community kitchen
Day Office
Equipped with an executive desk, an executive chair and two guest chairs. This office is ideal for small meetings up to three people, interviews, or to perform work in a professional office.
Conference Room 1 (8 ppl w/Social Dist)
Our Large Conference room is equipped with a TV monitor and a variety of computer hookups, whiteboards, a speakerphone, Free WiFi, and Complimentary Coffee/Tea/Water. Projectors and Conference Phones are available upon request.
Conference Room 5 (4 ppl)
This small meeting room is set for 4 at a round meeting table. A TV monitor with HDMI hookup, Whiteboard and speaker phone are provided. Coffee, Water, Tea, WiFi and Ethernet are included as well.
Office 35 (4 ppl w/Social Dist.)
Our Medium Conference room is equipped with a TV monitor and a HDMI hookup, whiteboards, a speakerphone, Free WiFi, and Complimentary Coffee/Tea/Water. Conference Phones are available upon request.
Conference Room 2 (4 ppl w/Social Dist.)
This small conference room comes with a TV monitor and a variety of computer hookups, Free WiFi, and Complimentary Coffee/Tea/Water. Tables can be moved around to create classroom or conference room style meeting room, or divided into separate work areas.
Conference Room 3 (4 ppl)
This small conference room is equipped with a TV monitor and a variety of computer hookups, a whiteboard, a speakerphone, Free WiFi, and Complimentary Coffee/Tea/Water. Projectors and Conference Phones are available upon request.
Hot Desk/Coworking
Drop in and work at one of our FLEXIBLE WORKSPACES. Wifi, Coffee, Tea and Water are all included. The space also has 2 phone booths for you to step into to take a call or zoom meeting. Phone booths are first come, first served.

Health and Safety Policy

 

To our valued members and guests:

 

Your health and safety is our top priority. Therefore as we follow the quickly developing environment around Coronavirus (COVID-19) we are implementing new policies to help us prevent the spread of the virus and limit the impact on our community. Thank you for reading this and supporting our efforts!  

 

Following recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control (CDC) we are implementing the following enhanced health and safety policies. 

 

--Cleaning--

We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our locations to protect our employees, members and guests. These include; 

-Cleaning shared surfaces regularly with disinfectant. 

-Hand Sanitizer and Disinfecting cleaner with paper towels are provided.

-Asking our members and guests to help sanitize common surfaces that you have used. 

-Gloves are provided in Kitchen.

 

--Hygiene--

Please follow these important guidelines about hygiene:

-Wash your hands frequently and properly. A guide can be found here: www.who.int/gpsc/clean_hands_protection

-Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, not your hands, and use hand sanitizer regularly. Wash your hands. (It’s a theme.)

-Please dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues. (There’s that hand-washing again!)

-Refrain from touching your nose or mouth. If you do, please wash your hands afterwards. (In case you forgot.)

 

--Kitchen--

Single use cups, dishes and silverware are provided. Please throw your own trash away. Reusable dishes are available, but please be sure to place them in the dishwasher yourself, so our staff does not have to touch them. 

 

--If You Are Sick--

For the safety of our coworkers and community, we are asking members who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough and cold to stay home. Please! Not only is this common courtesy, it will help you recover more quickly and keep your immune system strong. 

 

Please notify our staff if you are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space in the past 30 days.

 

--If You Have Traveled--

For our employees, members and guests. If you have recently traveled to high-risk areas (China, Italy and other areas as updated by the CDC), they are being asked to self-quarantine for 14 days, even if they show no symptoms, to monitor for any symptoms of illness. This may be extended to those who have traveled to other areas where COVID-19 is spreading. 

-If you have recently traveled internationally or may have been exposed to people traveling from affected areas, please monitor yourself. 

-If you are showing any symptoms of illness we ask you to check with your healthcare provider. Please do not plan to return to work until you’ve been cleared and are no longer sick.

 

--Social distancing--

We are strongly encouraging members and guests to avoid congregating in our common spaces and will try to accommodate any members or guests who ask to work or meet in isolation.

 

--Closures--

Finally, we have policies in place and will communicate further to implement closures and further cleaning protocols if we are notified that any person that has used our space recently is diagnosed with COVID-19.
