Our open space, dedicated desks, and private offices are located in the heart of downtown Colorado Springs. The private offices can be leased individually or combined to accommodate most office users. Tenants will have access to a shared conference room, break room, and meeting/seminar room based on the availability of these spaces.

Our conference room is located on the main level of our office and can hold up to eight people. We have a monitor with a camera that can connect computers up for video calls along with two large whiteboards.

We ask that all office users help maintain a clean and organized environment within their individual work areas. Our kitchen, restrooms, and conference rooms are shared spaces, and we appreciate everyone’s cooperation in leaving these areas as they were found, or better, for the next user. In the event that extraordinary or biohazard cleaning is required due to the condition in which a space is left, an incidental cleaning charge may be applied to the tenant’s account.
