Estrella's Desk
A beautiful, old fashioned desk is available in our 2nd floor dining room at the top of the stairs. It is a nice place to do quiet paperwork during the morning or late afternoon hours, but is not a place to have a Zoom call or videoconference as it is part of our dining room. NOTE: This desk is not available during lunch service 11 am -2 pm.

Accessibility

Fully ADA -accessible building with an exterior lift, internal elevator, two ADA bathrooms with changing tables and easily adjusted tables. Coffee house fully ADA-height for ordering. Sound and light management ideal for communication.

Delicious craft coffee, botanical tea, house made pastries, soups, sandwiches and desserts...this is what we are known for. But, just as beautiful as we work to create your dining and coffee house opportunities, our focus is on your comfort, joy and relaxation in our private meeting spaces. Pop Kitchen & Events is located in a beautiful, historic building in Old Colorado City, Colorado Springs. We are fully ADA-accessible with a full coffee house and light cafe fare menu. We offer three different experiences from a beautiful, masked, small private meeting room with strong A/V tools and seating for 8-10, to a small antique secretary available by reservation during our morning and afternoon coffee house hours. Finally, we welcome you to Estrella, our second floor dining room/gathering space able to seat 25 with exceptional A/V tools (projector and screen), sound system, acoustically-accessible sound control, fireplace seating and a drop dead gorgeous view of the Front Range. In-house and preferred catering services are readily available at a great price point creating a full service experience unlike any other. Our full service experience for your meeting is bespoke and affordable. Come enjoy a private meeting experience that feels warm and welcoming as well as professional and efficient.

Estrella Second Floor Dining Room
Our second floor dining room is a beautiful, ADA-accessible space with multiple configurations and elevations possible for our tables. It is quiet and climate-controlled with a large screen and projector available for presentations (please inquire on rates). Full window shades are incorporated to improve visibility during presentations, but a lovely view of the mountains with airy sunshine is the norm throughout the day. Two small bathrooms are available on the second floor with full ADA-accessible bathrooms available on the first by elevator. Access to the building is provided by an ADA-lift. Both in-house and approved catering is readily available along with full beverage service from our coffee house and bar. Menus are curated and prepared by a registered dietitian and certified speech-language pathologist with modifications available as needed. Dedicated staff to help your meeting or event run smoothly are available onsite including back-up IT assistance through Simple Works. Advanced notice is appreciated for reservation of this space as it functions as a cafe/restaurant. Please allow one week minimum reservation notice. Hours outside of our normal business hours 8-5 Wednesday through Saturday are available.
Private Dining/Conference Room
Our private dining room is a quiet, peaceful space with a six foot conference table and seating for 6-8. It is elegant and discrete with masking for privacy. A large A/V screen with desktop navigation is available for use with Air Play functionality as well as wireless Blu Tooth keyboard accessibility. Used for private dinners, mediation, client meetings and counseling, it is beautiful and comfortable with access to in-house catering, craft coffee and tea service, alcoholic beverage service, etc.

Our facility undergoes rigorous cleaning with both cleanser and sanitizer daily. All surfaces are wiped down throughout the day. Ventilation is continuous with a new HVAC system.
