Sanctuary Suites offers three fully-furnished offices with a shared waiting room. Each space is professionally designed to be functional and comfortable with a modern aesthetic. Clients are greeted by a fully-stocked waiting room with ample seating, snacks, and hot/cold filtered water station with teas. High-speed internet is available to you and your guests. This beautiful, quiet North Boulder neighborhood location can’t be beat! With ample parking and easy walking trails close by, the location is conducive to comfort, solitude, and productivity.

We expect our guests to care for our property as though it was their own. Please leave each space as clean, or better, than you found it. Cleaning products are provided and the space is well cared for and regularly cleaned. We run a HEPA Air-Filter 24/7 in our office suite. 

A public restroom is provided just outside our suite door. This space is also regularly professionally cleaned.
