Highly trainable Intelligent Assistants® handle clients’ calls by acting as integral parts of their staff, treating each customer exactly according to the client's wishes. We are located on the ground floor of the building at the southeast corner of Foothills & Arapahoe. It is also the “testing” center for new applications of the Intelligent Office concept. Professional office & professional staff, a la carte. Boulder, Colorado, is the flagship location of the North American Intelligent Office franchise network. Opened in 1995 by Ralph Gregory, the founder of the Intelligent Office franchise concept, the location has served several thousand clients from almost every industry imaginable. The Boulder clientele take advantage of the office’s prime location, with views of the Flatirons and a close proximity to downtown and Pearl St Mall. Many clients have utilized services from the Boulder flagship since its inception. But the clients who value us most are those who want to generate new business and new clients. Executive office, located on the North side of the ground floor with a large window. Office comes furnished with a professional desk, office chair and 2 comfortable chairs for your guests. Great for client meetings, or just a quiet work space to get away from home. Comes equipped with conference/speaker phones and wi-fi. Kitchenette with coffee, tea and water close by, plus guests are greeted by our all-star receptionist staff.
Large Meeting Room
For this month ONLY! Use our large conference room for less! Comfortably seats 8-10 people and furnished with large oval table and comfortable chairs. White board, cork board and easel for your presentations. This room also has a wall mounted flat screen tv for computer presentations. Perfect for team meetings and brainstorming sessions. Comes with high speed internet and phone with conference call capabilities. Want to meet over lunch? Let us know and we can provide catering services as well!
Medium Conference Room (NW)
6-person conference room, spacious with windows on 2 sides. Comes equipped with a white board, cork board and easel as well as high speed internet and phone with conference call capabilities. Great for meeting with your team or with clients. Extremely popular with lawyers who need witnessing and notary services which we are happy to provide. Request coffee or tea service for your enjoyment.
Medium Conference Room (Up)
There is elevator access to this 6 person conference on second floor of the building. This conference room feels extra private and personal with no windows to the outdoors. Comfortable chairs, phone and wi-fi are provided. Perfect for important client meetings or depositions; or meet your team for a brainstorming session!
Small Meeting Room
3-5 person conference room with circular table. Comes equipped with high speed internet and a phone with conference call and speakerphone. There is one window facing west and the room is situated near the kitchenette. A great space for working on a joint project, or meeting with clients!
