By accessing or using the facilities, all members and guests acknowledge and agree to follow the policies and guidelines outlined below.
Members and guests are expected to maintain respectful, professional, and safe conduct at all times. Walkways, exits, hallways, entrances, and shared spaces must remain clear and unobstructed. Any unsafe conditions, injuries, hazards, damaged equipment, or incidents should be reported to management immediately. Members agree to use all facilities, furniture, equipment, and amenities responsibly and only for their intended purposes. 360 Suites reserves the right to deny access or remove any individual whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, threatening, unlawful, or otherwise violates community standards.Shared workspaces, meeting rooms, kitchens, lounges, and common areas should be left in clean and orderly condition after use. Members and guests are responsible for disposing of trash properly and maintaining sanitary conditions within shared spaces. Food, beverages, and personal belongings should be managed responsibly to avoid creating hazards for others. While 360 Suites regularly maintains and cleans the premises, all users share responsibility for helping maintain a safe and respectful environment.
Emergency exits, evacuation routes, and safety equipment must remain accessible at all times. In the event of a fire, earthquake, medical emergency, or other emergency situation, members and guests are expected to follow all posted procedures and instructions from staff or emergency personnel. Tampering with emergency or safety equipment is strictly prohibited. Members and guests acknowledge that emergency situations may arise beyond the control of 360 Suites and agree to cooperate fully with emergency response procedures.
To support a healthy and productive environment, members are encouraged to act responsibly regarding personal wellness and hygiene while utilizing shared spaces. Respectful noise levels should be maintained throughout workspaces, meeting areas, and common areas. Quiet and wellness spaces are intended for brief relaxation and professional use only.
Use of the gym, wellness areas, podcast room, training rooms, and all shared amenities is voluntary and at the user’s own risk. Members and guests are responsible for using all equipment safely and according to its intended use. Individuals should not use fitness equipment if they have any medical or physical condition that may create risk to themselves or others. 360 Suites is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse of equipment, failure to follow safety guidelines, or voluntary participation in physical activities or events.
Members are fully responsible for the conduct, actions, and safety of their guests while on the premises. Guests and visitors must comply with all community guidelines and safety procedures during their visit. 360 Suites reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests or visitors at its discretion for safety, security, or policy-related concerns.=
Members and guests are responsible for securing and protecting their personal belongings and equipment at all times. 360 Suites is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property, except as otherwise required by applicable law. By using the facilities, members and guests acknowledge that participation in coworking activities, events, fitness activities, meetings, or use of shared amenities involves inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by California law, members and guests agree to assume all risks associated with use of the premises and release 360 Suites, its owners, staff, affiliates, and partners from liability for injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from ordinary use of the facilities, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
All members and guests are expected to comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws while utilizing the premises. Failure to follow this Health & Safety Policy may result in suspension or termination of access, memberships, bookings, or facility privileges.
