At 360 Suites, the health, safety, and wellbeing of all tenants, guests, visitors, staff, and contractors are a priority. By entering or using the premises, all individuals agree to use the space responsibly and exercise reasonable care at all times.
The building includes shared kitchen facilities intended for light use only. No open flame devices or cooking equipment are permitted, including gas burners, hot plates with exposed flames, grills, candles, or similar items. All kitchen appliances and facilities must be used responsibly and left clean after use. 360 Suites, building ownership, and staff are not responsible for injuries, damages, food contamination, or losses related to the misuse of kitchen facilities or personal appliances.
The building also includes restroom and shower facilities. Floors may become wet and slippery, and all individuals are expected to use caution while using these areas. Appropriate footwear is encouraged, and any unsafe conditions should be reported immediately. Use of the restroom and shower facilities is at the individual’s own risk. 360 Suites, building ownership, management, and staff shall not be held liable for slips, falls, injuries, or accidents resulting from wet surfaces or failure to exercise reasonable care.
All tenants and guests are expected to maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment throughout the property and comply with all posted rules, staff instructions, and emergency procedures. Any hazardous behavior, damage, or unsafe activity may result in removal from the premises or suspension of access privileges.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 360 Suites, the building owner, property management, employees, and staff shall not be liable for injuries, illness, accidents, theft, property damage, or losses arising from the use of the premises or shared amenities, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct as required by law.
