How Tours Work
Open Desk Space
We have an open space option with desks and tables we call the cafe space, as the kitchen is nearby with numerous places to choose where to sit, you can also sit in our lounge space as well with comfy couches and lots of natural light. In addition to the $335 Lite option, which gives you up to 50 hrs of open desk use and 10 hrs /mth of meeting room use, we have a Resident option for $435/mth, which gives you a dedicated desk that is yours exclusively, including your own desk, monitor and storage, unlimited use including after and pre hours. It includes 10 hours of meeting rooms per month. Phone booths are included in both plans.
Dedicated Desk
You can choose from one of our high quality sustainably harvested butcher block desks with a large monitor for your use. These dedicated desks are included with our Resident membership level, and will include 24/7 access. Natural light abounds around these desks and they form part of the heart of our coworking space. These of course come with all the amenities of our space including 10 hrs/mth use of the conference rooms, kitchen and lunch 'n learn educational series for entrepreneurs. This block of 4 desks is separate from the main resident zone, and is next to the private offices. Otherwise amenities are the same.
8 Desk Office Suite
Normally $4000 per month for the entire room 24/7, this would be only from 3pm until 10pm during the week, and weekends 8am to 6pm. A large room, furnished as an office with a locking door and windows to the interior of the space in which you can fit up to 8 desks. Turnkey as a co-work space, including IT, WIFI, kitchen, cafe, lounge, lobby and concierge, small and large meeting rooms. Nearby parking, 1/2 block from 4th Street. Great community of 150 companies, individuals, start-ups, non profits, small teams, corporates.
