1. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises. This includes all indoor and outdoor areas.
2. No Drugs: The use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden. This space adheres to a drug-free workplace policy.
3. No Pets: Pets are not allowed within the coworking space to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all tenants.
4. No Violence: Any form of violence, including physical altercations, threats, or intimidation, is strictly prohibited.
5. No Sexual Harassment: Sexual harassment in any form will not be tolerated. This includes unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical harassment of a sexual nature.
6. Compliance with State and Government Labor Posters: All tenants must comply with the state and government labor posters displayed within the premises, including but not limited to the Drug-Free Workplace notice.
7. Respect for Shared Spaces:Tenants are expected to maintain cleanliness and order in shared spaces. This includes cleaning up after oneself and respecting the property of others.
8. Noise Levels: Please keep noise levels to a minimum to ensure a productive work environment for all tenants. Use headphones for audio and keep conversations at a reasonable volume.
9. Security: Ensure that doors are securely closed and locked when entering or leaving the premises. Report any suspicious activity to the management immediately.
10. Use of Equipment Office equipment and facilities should be used responsibly. Any damage or malfunction should be reported to the management promptly.
11. Guests
Guest Registration: All guests must be registered with the management prior to their visit.
Guest Conduct: Guests must adhere to all house rules while on the premises. Tenants are responsible for their guests' behavior.
Guest Limit: Each tenant is allowed a maximum of two guests at a time unless prior approval is obtained from the management. All guests must be registered at the reception.
Guest Hours: Guests are permitted during regular business hours only, unless otherwise approved by the management.
12. Use of Common Areas
Cleanliness: Tenants must clean up after themselves in all common areas. This includes disposing of trash and returning items to their proper place.
Noise: Keep noise levels to a minimum in common areas. Be considerate of others who are working.
Consideration: Always be considerate of other people working in the common areas. Avoid disruptive behavior and respect others' need for a quiet and productive environment.
