The Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center is a non-profit organization playing a vital role in the bay area for the last 30 years. Transforming lives through entrepreneurship, we focus on small business creation, growth and on-going training. We also offer consulting, access to capital and women-focused programs. We offer private offices, classrooms, conference rooms , meeting space ,cubicles and co-working space. Including flexible terms, from hourly and daily rates to month to month and long term rentals. We are also perfectly equipped to handle your next training seminar or workshop in our classrooms. About the neighborhood: The South of Market neighborhood is a great place for businesses that want to be connected to the business network in San Francisco! This 4-story building is renting 28,000 square feet of office space, private offices, cubicles, conference rooms and classroom spaces. Newly-furnished Large classroom space located in the heart of the SoMa District. Size: 30'x 18' (540 Sq ft.). Total occupancy 30 people, furnished with tables and chairs. (Can accommodate @ 50 seated people if tables removed.) Built in technology includes built in computer with large protector screen and sound. Large custom dry erase whiteboard wall. Feel free to use one of the two tables in the adjacent break room/kitchen area for any catering needed for your group. **Please note: you will need to provide your own adapters, connectors, or USB cords if using a screen or projector. WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFRESHMENTS! Please clean up afterwards. Thanks!**
