The America Meeting Room is located on the 4th floor of our spacious coworking space. Our open and airy atmosphere along with filtered light sets the tone to get the creative juices flowing. This room is set up with a normal meeting room style but can be adjusted or altered to fit whatever meeting type you would like! This room is equipped with Zoom video conferencing software and whiteboard walls. For an extra cost, a bonus of this room is that it can be merged into our two other meeting rooms to allow up to 35-40 guests conference style. This room also has a small private balcony. *Please note, the lobby doors and elevators unlock at 8 am every morning, check-in for this room is required on the 4th floor. We have staff here to assist you with whatever you need.
MR2 - The USS Midway
The USS Midway Meeting Room is located on the 4th floor of our spacious coworking space. Our open and airy atmosphere along with filtered light sets the tone to get the creative juices flowing. This room is set up with a normal meeting room style but can be adjusted or altered to fit whatever meeting type you would like! This room is equipped with 55" HDTV's (Apple TV Included for AirPlay) and an HDMI connection for your convenience. For an extra cost, a bonus of this room is that it can be merged into our two other meeting rooms to allow up to 35-40 guests conference style. *Please note, the lobby doors and elevators unlock at 8 am every morning, check-in for this room is required on the 4th floor. We have staff here to assist you with whatever you need.
MR3 - The Californian
The Californian Meeting Room is located on the 4th floor of our spacious coworking space. Our open and airy atmosphere along with filtered light sets the tone to get the creative juices flowing. This room is our smallest meeting room and does not allow as much customization as our other rooms. This room is equipped with 55" HDTV's (Apple TV Included for AirPlay) and an HDMI connection for your convenience. For an extra cost, a bonus of this room is that it can be merged into our two other meeting rooms to allow up to 35-40 guests conference style. This room also has a small private balcony. This room is not normally large enough for depositions. Please contact a member of our team BEFORE booking this room as a deposition. *Please note, the lobby doors and elevators unlock at 8 am every morning, check-in for this room is required on the 4th floor. We have staff here to assist you with whatever you need.
MR4 - The Baja Room
The Baja Room is located on the 3rd floor of our spacious coworking space. This room is set up board room style but can be adjusted or altered to fit whatever meeting type you would like! A bonus of this room is the use of the private balcony which can be used to eat lunch, take a quick phone call, or just let the ocean breeze into the room. This room is one of our more private rooms located away from the hustle and bustle of the coworking space. *Please note, the lobby doors and elevators unlock at 8 am every morning, check-in for this room is required on the 4th floor. For security reasons, access to the third floor is restricted. We have staff here to assist you with whatever you need.
MR5 - The War Room
The War Room is our personal favorite and it's located on the 4th floor of our spacious coworking space. Our open and airy atmosphere along with filtered light sets the tone to get the creative juices flowing. The style and layout of this room is unmatched, everyone is facing each other and is perfect for pitching your company or presenting a new product feature. This room is equipped with Zoom video conferencing software and whiteboard walls. *Please note, the lobby doors and elevators unlock at 8 am every morning, check-in for this room is required on the 4th floor. We have staff here to assist you with whatever you need.

Your health and safety is our top priority. Therefore as we follow the quickly developing environment around Coronavirus (COVID-19) we are implementing new policies to help us prevent the spread of the virus and limit the impact on our community. Thank you for reading this and supporting our efforts!  

 

Following recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control (CDC) we are implementing the following enhanced health and safety policies. 


Cleaning

We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our locations to protect our employees, members and guests. These include; 

Cleaning shared surfaces regularly with disinfectant. 

Providing hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial wipes. 

Asking our members and guests to help sanitize common surfaces that you have used. We are using a product called DoxyKlor.

 

Hygiene

Please follow these important guidelines about hygiene:

Wash your hands frequently and properly. Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, not your hands, and use hand sanitizer regularly. Wash your hands. (It’s a theme.) Please dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues. (There’s that hand-washing again!) Refrain from touching your nose or mouth. If you do, please wash your hands afterwards. (In case you forgot.)

 

Kitchen

We will be suspending shared kitchen services including coffee, refreshment and snack service as well as suspending the use of reusable utensils and drinkware during this time. Single use items may still be served as available in the kitchen but we apologize for any inconvenience this limited service may have. Our mini market is open for drinks and snacks.

 

If You Are Sick

For the safety of our coworkers and community, we are asking members who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough and cold to stay home. Please! Not only is this common courtesy, it will help you recover more quickly and keep your immune system strong. 

 

Please notify our staff if you are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space in the past 30 days. 

 

If You Have Traveled

For our employees, members and guests. If you have recently traveled to high-risk areas (China, Italy and other areas as updated by the CDC), they are being asked to self-quarantine for 14 days, even if they show no symptoms, to monitor for any symptoms of illness. This may be extended to those who have traveled to other areas where COVID-19 is spreading. 

If you have recently traveled internationally or may have been exposed to people traveling from affected areas, please monitor yourself. 

If you are showing any symptoms of illness we ask you to check with your healthcare provider. Please do not plan to return to work until you’ve been cleared and are no longer sick.

Social distancing

We are strongly encouraging members and guests to avoid congregating in our common spaces and will try to accommodate any members or guests who ask to work or meet in isolation.

Closures

Finally, we have policies in place and will communicate further to implement closures and further cleaning protocols if we are notified that any person that has used our space recently is diagnosed with COVID-19.
