This studio gallery event space has natural light, large windows, tall ceilings, wooden exposed wood beam ceilings, concrete floors, studio art on the walls, with a whiteboard available and a private bathroom. Situated outside of a beautiful courtyard garden with fountains. Available for rent: 1 6ft rectangular banquet table seats 6-8 people $7/hr and 10 folding chairs available for rent $2/ea. Mandatory: Cleaning fee of $125- covers indoor floors and bathroom only due upon arrival. We are an art studio and gallery and gardens of artist, designer, poet, musician, and meditation teacher Trace "Taj" Johansson. Expanding the audience for art and animal lovers alike, we endeavor to become a destination and an educational center where collectors and non-collectors can experience art, meditate, take classes, host events. We have three event spaces available for booking: Studio Gallery, Courtyard and Meditation Garden. We are available for Events: Pop-Up's, Weddings, Photo Shoots, Workshops, Meetings, Fundraisers, Dinners and Other Special Gatherings. Host your Workshop, Stage your Film, Personal, Editorial, Advertising, or Corporate Photo-Shoot. Are you a local artist or maker of things without a space to sell your creations? Are you in town for business and need a place to work? Need a magical space for your special wedding? On-Site Spiritual Minister Services are available. To book a Wedding Call or Email us for booking information. ​We specialize in Historic Garden Weddings located in Historic Hartwick Heights in the neighborhood of Eagle Rock in Los Angeles on Route 66. All Events are in collaboration with Sunset Security providing Event Host and Security Services included in prices below for events 4-hours and over. Events are a 4-hour minimum. For meetings, workshops, indoors only and photo shoots are a 2 hour minimum; All events and office bookings require a $125- cleaning fee. We offer a Wedding Rate Special for a day for 8-hours and thereafter. Over 8-hours there is a 10% discount.
Courtyard
The owner designed the space for renting to intimate groups for private events, weddings, corporate meetings, film or photo shoots, celebrations, dinners, fundraisers, pop-up's. The outdoor space has a lush garden, tucked behind is an exposed brick and wooden building, water fountains, outdoor benches for seating, deck for your unique needs: speakers, musicians, performances, workshops, displays, lectures, tables, dining, you name it! We specialize in Historic Garden Weddings. Wedding Rate Special $2,500- for eight-hour-day * Wedding Rate Special offers over eight-hour-day a discounted hourly rate thereafter. All events are a 4-hour minimum. Over 8 hours 10% discount. Outdoor electrical outlet provided. Workspace amenities available for rent: 1 6ft rectangular banquet table seats 6-8 people $7/hr and 10 folding chairs available for rent $2/ea. The outdoor space has a lush garden, tucked behind is an exposed brick and wooden building, water fountains, outdoor benches for seating, deck for your unique needs: speakers, musicians, performances, workshops, displays, lectures, tables, dining, you name it! Outdoor electrical outlet provided. We specialize in Historic Garden Weddings in this space, exchange your vows under our antique wood carved veranda beneath the trees. Wedding Rate Special $2,500- for eight-hour-day * Wedding Rate Special offers over eight-hour-day a discounted hourly rate thereafter. All events are a 4-hour minimum. Over 8 hours 10% discount. Meeting Room 1: Art Gallery
This office has natural light, large windows, tall ceilings, wooden exposed wood beam ceilings, concrete floors, studio art on the walls, with a whiteboard available and a private bathroom. Situated outside of a beautiful courtyard garden with fountains. Minimum 2-hour meeting or workshop rental. 2-Hour Minimum applies to 9-12 noon on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Weekdays; Over 4 hours 9am -10 pm is available. Workspace amenities available for rent: 1 6ft rectangular banquet table seats 6-8 people $7/hr and 10 folding chairs available for rent $2/ea. Mandatory: Cleaning fee of $125- covers indoor floors and bathroom only due upon arrival.
