HPC meeting rooms are designed to support team collaboration on demand in the heart of Hollywood. They are AV-ready, with phones with speakers and WiFi ideal for hosting Zoom calls or presentations. Our conference rooms are available to rent by the hour with a minimum of 2 hours. Available during business hours, Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Duke's Cafe is on-site for all your catering needs, big or small.

There is plenty of street parking on Gower, Lexington, and Lodi. If you opt to park in our lot, the charge is $20.00 for all day.

Door w/Lock

All meeting rooms require HPC staff to lock and lock the rooms.

Phone with speaker phone inside the meeting room. Dial 9 before the area code, followed by the phone number.

TV/Monitor

Both meeting rooms are equipped with TV monitor for AV presentation or zoom calls. Please let us know ahead of time what connection you need.

Accessibility

HandiCap ramp available to gain access to the building. If you are planning to park in our lot, we have handicap spaces available. To access 2nd floor conference room, you must take elevator located in the front lobby.

Filtered Water

Our communal kitchenette is equipped with water dispenser.

Stephanie and Maria are at the front desk to assist you during your rental. Contact us for any questions before you arrive.

Kitchen

There is a communal kitchenette on the 2nd floor. If you need to store food please let us know so that we can save space aside for you.

On-site Restaurant

Duke's Cafe, located onsite, offers great breakfast and lunch menu items. Check out their menu and place your orders at least 24 hours before your meeting. https://dukescafe.square.site/

Print/Scan/Copy

Let the operations team know ahead of time. There is a charge to use printing or copy services. .10 per page for black and white only.

Parking
