This space boasts a fully remodeled, comfortable open floorplan equipped with 6 workshop benches with seating for 3/table for a total of 18 and a Conference Table with capacity for 6 persons. The room is equipped with SmartTV projection and projection screen on opposing wall. In addition to the Workshop Area you will have access to the front Lobby for Refreshment purposes and access to the lobby chairs. Computers and printing services are available by request. Snacks and refreshments are provided and tea caddy/coffee maker are available for guest use (bring your own creamer). There is also a Café called "The Grind" located on the Corner of I St. and 5th St., open M-F 7:30a-3:30p. Access to the restrooms are available through the courtyard and the key is provided to you at check-in.

This office space is located in central Eureka. Available for rent are an office space with two (2) desks which can be rented together as a private office or separately when available, additionally this space features a large conference/workshop room that can seat up to 18 persons workshop style and an additional 6 persons conference style. Please see the individual space listings. WIFI and Printing are available upon request. Access to common area spaces includes Office Lobby, Restrooms and an Open Air Courtyard.
Executive Workstation (Shared Office)
This co-working space is located in central Eureka right by the Courthouse. This rental is for one out of two desks in this office so this listing is ideal for anyone who does not need exclusive use of the whole office. If you do need the space private you can book this office with both desks under "Private Executive Office w/Two Desks". In addition to the main desk space, the room has additional client seating space for 3 persons. In addition to the side office you will have access to the front Lobby for Refreshment purposes and access to the lobby chairs. Computers and printing services are available by request. Snacks and refreshments are provided and tea caddy/coffee maker are available for guest use (bring your own creamer). This Private Office space is located in central Eureka right by the Courthouse. This rental is for two desks in the private side office with separate entrance. This listing is ideal for anyone needs exclusive use of the whole office. If you do not need exclusive use of the office and only need a desk rental please see "Executive Workstations (Shared Area)" for reservations for desk only space. In addition to the main desk space, the room has additional client seating space for 3 persons. Reserve your space here and we will confirm with you the details of your check in once we receive your reservation details. Please be sure to include both an email and contact number in your reservation.

We take all precautions in maintenance of clean workspaces between guests. All surface areas that are utilized are sanitized regularly. Our admin staff will be wearing a mask, but guests are not required to wear masks unless otherwise instructed by your group.

We do not require vaccinations, masks but we offer masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer in the front lobby.

There is also an available First Aid Kit hanging on the wall below the Fire Hydrant in the Workshop.
