This space is a loft-style landscape photography gallery. It features 750 square feet downstairs, and about 200 square feet upstairs in an open loft. The front features 18 feet of window light from floor to ceiling and can be accessed by the standard front door, or the optionally-available roll up window garage-style door.
Originally designed as a live/work/retail flex space, it features a small, complete galley kitchen, single full bathroom and an open plan loft. The downstairs is typically configured with sofa and chairs around a Herman Miller Noguchi coffee table. The exterior of the gallery has a wide 6 foot overhang that provides shade and some shelter from light rain for events that span from inside to outside the gallery.
The gallery has it's own street level entrance equipped with a coded door for easy access. Additionally, the use of dishes, flatware, serve-ware and linens are available upon request.
The warm, modern feel of the gallery sets the stylish scene for any gathering with fine art photography hanging on the walls and on movable frames. The space has many uses and begs to be shared by others.
