Health and Safety Policy
To our valued members and guests:
Your health and safety is our top priority here at Center 57.
We will be implementing the following health & safety policies to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 and limit the impact on our community:
Social Distancing
We have adjusted and limited the amount of seating in our meeting rooms as follows:
Day Office- 3 guests
Small & Medium Board Room- 4 guests
Standard Board Room- 8 guests
Classroom 1 & 2- 8 guests
Lecture- 10 guests
Cleaning
We are frequently cleaning and sanitizing high-touch and shared surfaces such as but not limited to door handles, light switches & counter tops.
Cleaning and sanitizing of meeting room tables and chairs after each use.
Hygiene
Masks will be provided to any client or guest upon request
Please follow these important guidelines about hygiene:
Wash your hands frequently and properly.
Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing.
Please dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use hand sanitizer.
Refrain from touching your nose or mouth. If you do, please wash your hands afterwards.
Food & Drink
Water Service is by request only and with the number of cups needed.
*A staff member will use gloves when handling cups and water pitcher.
Coffee will be brewed by a staff member wearing gloves and single use items will be available to keep exposure as low as possible.
Any food brought into the office should be in single-serving packaging and not available for self-serve out of a large dish, bag or container. Please do not share food.
If You Are Sick
For the safety of community, we are asking members who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough and cold, to please stay home. Please notify our staff if you are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space in the past 30 days.
