This amazing location on South Victory has everything. Three kitchens, one lounge, 5 bathrooms, a large meeting room, lots of windows, a bar, 3 small private offices, 5 larger offices, a 1500 Sq. Ft. Private courtyard with a bbq, plants and pergula, a small parking lot, but there is free parking all around. We supply the coffee/sugar/creamers and kitchen bathroom paper supplies. cleaning service 3 days per week. And storage.

Suite 87 is awesome. It can fit up to 10 (possibly more) has a Private Entrance, Private Bathroom, Private Kitchen and an attached small office that can fit up to 3 people as well as a large open area. This space is really cool and can fit 6 people socially distanced. You can also open the windows allowing fresh air in. It's the only unit on our second floor and has it's own private balcony that over looks our courtyard. The suite has a Private kitchen, a Private full bathroom, storage and room for up to a team of 8.
