Based in Newcastle upon Tyne in an historic, city centre building. The space was fully renovated to a high standard in 2018 and opened to the public in 2019. We are the best connected workspace in Newcastle with a gigabit capabilities and a latency to New York of just 69.5ms. Dedicated Desks
We currently have 8 dedicated desks available through LiquidSpace. Based on the ground floor of the building in the heart of the co-working space. Desks are setup in banks of 4 or 2 but can be booked individually so simply let us know what you prefer and we will strive to deliver. Desks are spaciously laid out across the ground floor beneath our feature ceiling and surrounding our beautiful 19th century statement staircase. Desks come with an ergonomic task chair, secure pedestal, direct access to power through the desks and an ethernet cable for maximum connectivity. Members with dedicated desks are able to leave items like monitors and keyboards on their desk tops. Members are issued an access fob and security code and have access to the building 24/7. We have a number of communal spaces within the building including breakout areas, informal meeting spaces, a fully equipped shared kitchen facility and bookable meeting space. As with all memberships, you can also enjoy unlimited teas and coffees, filtered water, fruit and biscuits to keep you going throughout the day. We also boast having a superb, high-tech air-circulation system so we aren't relying on recycled air and our stunning feature ceiling has self-opening panels to maximise the flow of fresh, clean air.
Meeting Room 1
A choice of two meeting rooms available on either first or ground floor (we try to keep one free for members at all times). Our meeting rooms are stunningly decorated and fitted with award winning task chairs, large conference table seating up to 12 and a 55inch smart screen. Each meeting room has wired internet access and Wifi. Outside each meeting room is a small breakout area for you and your delegates to use. Meeting rooms are offered as standard with tea and coffee but you may also add on whiteboards, flipcharts, fruit and biscuits.
