Co-Unity House Rules
1. RESPECT OTHERS: Treat fellow co-workers with respect and courtesy. Avoid disruptive behaviour that could disturb others' work.
2. KEEP NOISE LEVELS REASONABLE: Maintain a quiet and focused atmosphere. Use headphones for calls and keep phone ringers on silent or vibrate mode.
3. CLEANLINESS AND HYGIENE: Keep your workspace clean and tidy. Clean up after yourself in common areas, including the kitchen and restroom facilities.
4. NO SMOKING OR VAPING: Please do not smoke or vape in the building, You may smoke or vape in the courtyard at the front up by the bench and but it must be away from the front door.
5. SHARED RESOURCES: Respect shared resources like printers, copiers, and office supplies. Use them responsibly and ensure they are available for others to use.
6. INTERNET USAGE: Avoid excessive bandwidth usage for non-work-related activities. Streaming large files or engaging in bandwidth-intensive activities can slow down the network for others.
7. GUEST POLICY: Check the co-working space's policy regarding guests or clients visiting you. Be considerate of others when inviting guests.
8. NO SOLICITATION: Avoid direct selling or aggressive marketing to other co-workers without their consent.
9. COMMUNITY SUPPORT: Encourage a collaborative environment by offering help or expertise to others when possible.
10. KITCHEN ETIQUETTE: Clean up after using the kitchen area. Label and remove your food items regularly to maintain a tidy space.
11. SECURITY: Follow security procedures and keep the space secure by ensuring doors are locked when necessary.
12. COMPLIANCE: Ensure you comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the co-working space.
13. FEEDBACK: If you have any concerns or suggestions, provide constructive feedback to the management to improve the co-working experience for everyone.
