Located at the gateway between Ottawa and Kanata, our Queensway location in Bell’s Corners give you easy access to the highway. The Lexus Boardroom
The Lexus boardroom is setup classic boardroom style, with a large central boardroom table, and seating for up to 15. Located on one side of the room is a large LCD TV and full zoom room capabilities, or can be easily connected to via the wall connections to any laptop. Overhead built in speakers help bring any presentation to life. Also located in the room is a large 6 foot movable whiteboard to aid in any presentation.

Masks are required at all times.  Sanitizer and wipes are provided in every room, rooms are cleaned before and after each booking to ensure your safety!  You must sign in at reception, you will be require to provide your name, phone number and e-mail.  Social distancing measures are in place, meeting rooms have reduced capacity to ensure we are following outlined protocols and keeping everybody safe!
